The purpose of this site is to provide you with information on who I am. My site follows my practice and is divided into three areas of law; business, estate planning and family.
These three types of law may appear to be separate but are often interrelated. For example, the small business owner's estate plan must integrate with his corporation. A corporation will need an exit strategy coordinated with the estate plan. An estate plan may be enhanced with a marital agreement. A marital agreement may avoid divorce. Divorce must address child custody. Child custody requires child support.
